Processing & Lead Time

Each hat is handmade to order by skilled artisans. Due to our meticulous craftsmanship, orders may take up to 30 days to be completed and shipped. We appreciate your patience as we create a product tailored just for you.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping (Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days after dispatch)
Express Shipping (Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days after dispatch)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Service Delays & Interruptions

While we do our best to meet the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, customs processing, or carrier delays. Canyon Hats is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our hats, all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.
