No Refunds & Final Sale Policy

All purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

As each hat is handcrafted to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:

We will assess the case and, if eligible, provide a replacement or offer store credit at our discretion.
Exchanges

Since our hats are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly for resolution.
Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled as production begins shortly after purchase.
